In memory of Stephen Gately – Boyzone

Stephen Gately ble medlem av Boyzone i 1993 etter å ha sett en annonse i Dublin. I 1999 overrasket han mange kvinnelige fans ved å komme ut av skapet som homofil. Gately var dermed en av de første pop-stjerner som kom ut offentlig som homofil.

Stephen ble funnet død i sin seng under en ferietur i Mallorca, forrige uke. Han ble bare 33 år gammel.
